LEARNERSHIP

A Learnership is a new way of facilitating learning. Learners follow a highly practical project and outcomes based training curriculum. The vast majority of the learning happens in real life business oriented situations.

Sewells will develop or tailor programmes for clients to align their employees skills, knowledge or attitudes into a strategic direction or to implement a new strategy.

ADVANCED DEALER MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

DEPARTMENTAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

The Departmental Leadership Program is designed to equip participants with the know-how and the strategic tools to enable them to effectively drive departmental performance.

FIBMA has been launched to develop Finance and Insurance Business Managers within the Asset Finance and Motor Industry.
